MCD MANUFACTURES ITS OWN MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT
MCD develops its own manufacturing equipment for plate heat exchangers gaskets. If a customer needs a new equipment for a gasket that we do not have yet, we can create it, on demand, according to the OEM gasket characteristics and design. We take the same dimensional structure of the gasket and other details of the plate in order to be completely identical with the OEM design. Our expert conceives the equipment plans on a software which will be used by the CNC for the material manufacturing. A homologation procedure based on the OEM settings will serve to the production of this new gasket.
EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING TIME
The average manufacturing time of an equipment for plate heat exchangers gaskets is from 4 to 6 weeks from the reception of the OEM samples, 1 to 2 weeks for the material design and 3 to 4 weeks for its production.
