WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE?

Reporting to the Field department, you will support the company in the maintenance, repair and transport of industrial equipment in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

Your day-to-day tasks :

Locate the fault on the production or operating installation and determine the technical solutions and conditions for restoring the equipment;
Assemble and dismantle industrial equipment (plate heat exchangers);
Carrying out integrity tests on plate heat exchangers (hydraulic or tracer gas);
Technical audit of plate heat exchangers;
Carrying out on-site maintenance on plate heat exchangers.

Carry out on-site maintenance on plate heat exchangers (high-pressure cleaning, changing seals, etc.);
Ability to read drawings and diagrams;
Assist a customer in using a tool/equipment;
Define the technical characteristics of the product in a dedicated application;
Fill in work monitoring forms and pass on information to the relevant department.
Drawing up prevention plans;
Being vigilant about health, safety, hygiene and the environment and scrupulously following the rules relating to these subjects;
Applying and getting involved in the company’s quality policy;

YOUR PROFILE?

A vocational baccalaureate or 2 years’ higher education (BTS/DUT) in maintenance or mechanics
One or more Certificat(s) d’Aptitude à la Conduite En Sécurité – CACES (Certificates of Competence in Safe Driving)
N1, N2, ATEX, SST, internal auditor, HGV licence are a plus
2 years’ experience as a mobile maintenance technician
