If the administrative management of sales is the profile corresponding to the job, the role of the sales assistant at MCD is close to the job of business manager due to the technical knowledge related to the exchanger, acquired through internal training.
Working at the company’s headquarters and in contact with MCD’s customers in France and abroad, the account managers / commercial assistants are responsible for ensuring that an order is properly monitored. Customer relationship management starts at the quote phase and ends with invoicing, then after-sales service.
If higher education in commerce or international trade is often required, real organizational skills, autonomy, rigor and responsiveness allow the success of the missions.
Is a plus on this position: if English is essential, several foreign languages spoken are appreciated.

MCD production agents are familiar with all the positions in the maintenance center and carry out exchanger plate refurbishment operations.
Versatility, flexibility & responsiveness are the qualities that make it possible to adapt to the imperatives linked to customer orders by modifying the activity if necessary.
Daily challenges: Ensure the deadline requested by the customer by juggling the vagaries of the maintenance business, schedule changes and emergencies. Ensure the level of quality and specificities required by our customers.
