Since 2017, we have taken concrete steps to reduce our environmental impact. The introduction of the Energy-Climate Law in 2019 reinforced our commitment, setting us an ambitious target: to cut our greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030. Today, we are going even further with a new objective: achieving net zero GHG emissions for scopes 1 and 2 by 2030.
A Strategy Based on Measurement and Continuous Improvement
To make this commitment a reality, we have worked with environmental experts to carry out a greenhouse gas emissions assessment (BEGES). This detailed analysis enables us to better understand our direct and indirect impacts and to design concrete and relevant action plans in line with the 2030 and 2050 milestones. We have identified several areas for improvement and continue to invest in making our activities more environmentally friendly.
We are also committed to raising awareness among our employees and partners to fully engage them in our ecological transition. Reducing emissions is not only about infrastructure and technology but also about a collective approach that involves all stakeholders in our ecosystem.
