During our 1800 days of intervention on customer sites, we know that, at MCD, the safety of our employees and our customers is a priority. MCD has been certified MASE for 10 years thanks to the different steps set up and respected before, during and after on-field operations in order to guarantee the safety of all.

During each intervention, a Prevention Plan is drawn up in order to know the specificities of our customer in terms of safety, environment and hygiene on its site.

MCD then proceeds to the planning of the intervention with the trained and authorized persons. Our technicians are highly qualified (N1 and N2 for chemical sites, workplace first-aider if the customer requests it).

Then, the on-field engineer reads the Prevention Plan in order to integrate the safety rules given by the customer and to make sure to have all the necessary PPE and the adapted prevention means on the day of the intervention such as the marking of a zone for example.

Once on the customer site, the on-field engineer makes sure to respect all the customer’s instructions and special procedures (work permit at height for example). Before intervening, he carries out a risk analysis in order to take a maximum distance from his intervention and to take all preventive measures to work in complete safety.

After the intervention, the on-field engineer transmits his Feedback to the Quality department within the framework of Continual Improvement. There he informs the negative and positive points of his operation in terms of quality (products, service, organization), safety and environment. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, an additional insert has been added in order to monitor specific measures related to health and hygiene.
